Previously, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Communications and Industry Relations at the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP). During her years in various leadership positions with the Council, she played a key role in defining pharmacy’s place in the transformation to a patient-centered healthcare system. While on staff at NCPDP, Graeff led product and business redesign initiatives that tripled licensing revenue from NCPDP-provider database products.
