Davis Foster is Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President for Cognosante. In this role, she oversees the direction of the company’s business development, marketing, capture and strategic pursuits. She has extensive experience in both operations management and business development. Her expertise includes sales, operations and client management for both small and large information companies. Davis has more than 10 years of experience in civilian Health IT programs.
Prior to joining Cognosante, she served as Evolvent’s Senior Vice President of Civilian Healthcare and Vangent’s Vice President of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) line of business. Before Evolvent and Vangent, she worked as the Federal Accounts and Business Development Director at Blueprint Technologies, a small-woman owned IT company that was acquired by Vangent. She has also worked at large consulting firms, such as SAIC and Unisys, in various business development capacities.
Davis holds a BA degree from Columbia University.
