Cognosante maintains a responsive, client-focused professional services delivery management team responsible for client satisfaction, coordination of resources, anticipation of client needs, and staff training, motivation and performance improvement. Managing Directors are responsible for a group of states. They are supported by our Project Management Office, HR, Recruiting and other administrative services.
Our strength lies in the depth of experience and dedication of our staff. Our staff includes seasoned veterans of healthcare program management and systems with experience in federal, state and local agencies, fiscal agent operations, systems architecture and integration, standards organizations, clinical settings and IV&V.
