JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading, executing and coordinating tasks in support of the CMS Certification of a Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), including:
- Guide and assist the state with preparation for CMS MMIS Certification Review
- Coordinate Certification Review activities
- Assess system functions and operational procedures for compliance with CMS Certification requirements
- Review Fiscal Agent deliverables

- Must have excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
In-depth knowledge of MMIS Operations
Experience with CMS MMIS Certification process
