The Cognosante Healthcare Communications Services (HCS) Group has developed a world-class onshore contact center that manages communications with healthcare providers, members, and patients to support a variety of healthcare program operations. Our communications center is best known for its role in national provider ID enumeration. Our services also support eligibility and enrollment, billing and claims, case and disease management, obesity and other prevention programs, HIPAA compliance, and provider incentive payment programs as specified in ARRA.
