MCLEAN, Va. – June 1, 2016 – Cognosante today announced that Chethan Laxman has joined the company as Vice President. A proven senior executive with more than two decades of leadership in finance and technology, Chethan will oversee the company’s Marketplace Data Analysis program, which provides critical data reconciliation and analysis in support of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Chethan most recently served as Managing Principal of Capco, where he spearheaded initiatives to grow and mature the company’s digital engineering practice. Before that, he served as Director at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where he oversaw market regulation and mission-critical enterprise data strategy projects and led initiatives focused on risk management, issue resolution, release planning, and change management. He has also held roles with Oracle Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and COMSYS Technical Services Inc.
