MCLEAN, Va. – May 11, 2016 – Cognosante today announced the promotions of three members of its leadership team. Erick Peters, Cognosante’s Chief Technology Officer, was promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President; Corey Stevenson from Vice President to Senior Vice President, Clients & Delivery; and Kenneth Dybevik from Program Director to Vice President, Consulting.
Erick joined Cognosante in May 2014, bringing more than 20 years of experience in enterprise solution development, technology architecture, and the successful implementation of complex systems. A skilled programmer who applies solid criteria to decision-making, Erick has helped advance Cognosante’s technical solution capabilities, matured its internal core technology services, and supported critical client delivery needs. Prior to joining Cognosante, Erick was Chief Technology Officer of LongView International Technology and previously served as Vice President of Architecture and Technology for Vangent, Inc.
Corey joined Cognosante in June 2015 as Vice President and Deputy General Manager of its Health Data and Communications (HDC) Business Unit. Results-driven and client-focused, Corey leads all of HDC’s client delivery programs and oversees practice areas including Systems & Analytics, Business Process Outsourcing and Consumer Services, and Marketplace Data Analytics. His continued leadership will be integral to meeting project goals and performance metrics for our clients. Prior to joining Cognosante, Corey spent 17 years with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where he held successively complex and high-profile roles.
During his 5-year tenure at Cognosante, Ken has played a key role in expanding and growing Cognosante’s consulting business, enhancing the depth and breadth of staff expertise and experience on the team. As Vice President, he will continue to support state customers by driving day-to-day operations excellence. In addition to his customer commitments, Ken is charged with recruiting and developing top consulting talent while supporting the company’s strategic plan. Ken previously spent more than 25 years as a Health Care Manager and Medicaid Management Information Systems Director for the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Service.
